What is the difference between ''Advil liquid gels and Tylenol extra strength''

Advil is an anti-inflammatory, so it helps with pretty much any kind of pain + fever. It can be hard on the stomach if not taken with food or if you take too much. Tylenol is used for pain as well, but it does not help for inflammation. It is pretty good to bring down a fever. It can cause liver problems if you take too much of it. Personally, I like Advil better. Hope this your question :)

For me, there is a big difference:

Tylenol helps with headaches, sinus problems, etc. and Advil does not.
Advil helps with sprains, broken bones, body pain.

Advil (aka Motrin, Ibuprofen) is an anti inflammatory, whereas Tylenol is not.
Tylenol (Acetaminophen) helps with my sinus headaches, and even helps me to sleep. Advil does not.
